Randy Hopkins

President & CEO

Prior to founding Team Excellence in 1980, Randy began his career as the training and development manager for an operating division of Tenneco, Inc. He later served as training manager for the Amerada Hess refinery on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and then joined the staff of Birkman International, a psychological testing and consulting firm, where he served as a Senior Associate and Vice President.

Mr. Hopkins has spoken to professional organizations, conferences and corporations in the United States, Latin America and Europe about today's changing business environments, the evolving attitudes and expectations of employees, and a growing need to align organizational business objectives with the goals and individual career aspirations of employees. A major concern today, in Hopkins' opinion, is the need to focus more attention on the fundamentals of personal values and individual accountability as they relate to organizational success.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hopkins has been actively involved in professional and community organizations including the American Society for Training and Development, the American Society of Management Consultants, the National Speaker's Association, the Texas Governor's Committee on Business and Education Development, and the American Institute of Banking Educational Advisory Board. Other community service includes lecturing on the management and behavioral sciences for several colleges and universities, as well as hosting a weekly televised broadcast on career issues for KHTV in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Hopkins and his wife, Carolyn, reside in Houston, Texas.

Clara Zinda

Client Services

Responsible for Client Services, Clara provides management, administrative and customer support, living each day by the motto: "I am here to support the needs of our clients." Her daily juggling of client and staff requirements puts her at the center of the action whether running day-to-day office operations, interfacing with clients, conducting testing of TEI's proprietary software products and then training and supporting clients in our software applications.

Prior to joining Team Excellence, Clara's career has included the diversity of financial management, the insurance industry, and oil and gas. Her most recent career experience for more than fifteen years has been the human resource and outplacement industry with Drake Beam Morin (DBM) having significant financial management responsibilities.

Clara's passions are her family, exercising, going on cruises, crafts and traveling to New Mexico where she has a farm

Tom Allison

Software Development & Support

The multi-talented Tom Allison has been in the IT field for over a decade, and provides cutting edge expertise allowing Team Excellence to develop state-of-the-art proprietary software to meet its clients' business needs. Also during his career, Tom has developed a variety of other software including online administrative sales tracking systems, imaging software, and MRES software, which is the second most popular EMS dispatching software in the United States.

By always offering his important critical thinking which often anticipates design and development problems before they occur, Tom plays a vital role in helping keep Team Excellence out in front in the delivery of its proprietary technologies.

Tom, an accomplished banjo player, and his wife, Pam, live in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he is webmaster for his church.

Todd Antill

Software Development & Support

Prior to joining Team Excellence, Inc., Todd had been in the IT field for over a decade. Todd brings experience and expertise in data management and importation, web-design, SQL Server database design, ecommerce, corporate intranets, and .NET application design to the team. Todd's attention to detail and organized nature come in to play when he is "behind the scenes" working with the development of the software to meet the client's data needs.

Todd currently resides in Vidor, Texas with his wife, Brandy, and their teenage son, Bradley.
